Some of the common risks, dangers, and hazards are set out in the program Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement. Please review these carefully and consider whether these risks are within your personal risk tolerance. By participating in the Training and Assessment Program activities, you will freely and voluntarily accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death or loss resulting therefrom.
