Professional Practice and Continuing Professional Development Reporting

Effective January 1, 2026, the ACMG implemented a new Professional Practice and Continuing Professional Development reporting form to help members track and report their activities year over year. The form improves accountability, simplifies audits, and includes features such as recording supervision for apprentice guides, confirming Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance coverage, and allowing EQUA/ACMG Liability Insurance Program (LIP) subscribers to track client days for reporting purposes.

For more information on Professional Practice and Continuing Professional Development reporting requirements please refer to the ACMG Professional Practices and Continuing Professional Development Policy.
