To align with BC Parks requirements, there are two reporting periods during the term of your permit. The first reporting period is from April 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026. Your permit use report for the first reporting period (including zero-use reports) is due by 12:00 pm MT on February 1, 2025. A $100 administrative late fee will be applied to your account if your report is not up to date by 12:00 pm MT on February 1, 2025.

The second reporting period is from February 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026. Your permit use report for the second reporting period (including zero-use reports) is due by 12:00 pm MT on April 1, 2025. A $100 administrative late fee will be applied to your account if your report is not up to date by 12:00 pm MT on April 1, 2026. It is essential that your Permit Use Report is completed and submitted on time in order to keep the ACMG BC Parks Use Permit in good standing.
